The EGS-100SL is a neuromuscular stimulator designed for relieving spasticity and spasms, increasing local blood flow, partially denervated muscle to delay atrophy from disuse, muscle re-education, stimulation of the calf following surgery to prevent phlebothrombosis, and for peripheral vascular conditions. This unit features a micro-current cut off switch, digital display, 5 to 1 ratio potentiometers, a voltage reset to zero, 0 to 30 minute operating timer, surge selector, balance control and a microcurrent switch. Peak amplitude available is from 0 to 500 volts with pulse duration of 120 micro seconds and phase duration of 65 micro seconds. Interpulse interval is dependent on pulse rate. Cycling times for active electrodes are 2.5, 5, and 10 seconds or constant on both pads. Polarity is positive or negative with respect to active electrodes. POWER: Available for 220 volt, 50/60 cycles with 1/4 amp at 115 volt, 60 Hz. DIMENSIONS: 16.25 x 11 1/8 x 4.5 inches. WEIGHT: Approximately 11 pounds. WARRANTY: One year on defective parts.
