The Oasis, also called Kameleon, is a powered wheelchair designed for use by individuals with lower extremity, mobility, or neurological disabilities or spinal cord injury. FRAME (HxLxW): 14 1/8 x 29.5 to 33.5 x 24 inches. The modular frame is made of extruded aluminum, and has a turning radius of 23 inches and ground clearance of 4 inches. The chair features center of gravity adjustment, a rear shroud, and tail lights. CONTROLS: Joystick box with lateral adjustment. SEAT: Elastic rigid seat with a seat to floor height of 16 to 19 inches. The seat has manual recline from -5 to +11 degrees, with 45 degree power tilt. ARMRESTS: Height adjustable armrests. BRAKES: Automatic electromechanical disc brakes with manual override and brake release handle. CASTERS: Front casters are 8 x 2 inches with front caster fender. WHEELS: Pneumatic rear wheels measuring 14 x 3 inches. FOOTRESTS: Position-adjustable and length-adjustable footrests with folding footplates. POWER: Uses group 24 batteries. The chair includes removable battery compartments, double mode battery charger (Gel / Acid), and battery charge status indicator. SPEEDS: 7.5 mph. CAPACITY: 250 pounds. WEIGHT: 130 pounds without batteries.
