The left arm escort in a large size is designed for people with Hemiplegia to use instead of a regular arm sling. It protects and supports the Hemiplegic arm during all aspects of functional mobility. The two-piece design consists of a wrist support and a heavy duty cotton belt. The wrist support attaches to belt with hook-and-loop and detaches when not needed, making it easy to put on and take off.
