Seabrook man indicted for alleged sex assault of teen
BRENTWOOD - A Seabrook man was indicted on felony sexual assault charges this month alleging he sexually abused a teenage girl.
Abdul Faraji, 31, of 117 Cimarron Drive, Apartment C2, was indicted by a Rockingham Superior Court grand jury on three sexual assault charges, two of them felonies and one an aggravated charge. Indictments state he allegedly forced a girl between the ages of 13 and 16 to engage in sexual contact, including intercourse, between Aug. 9 and Aug. 31 of this year. Indictments state the victim had said "no" to indicate she was not consenting.
Faraji is scheduled for a Jan. 5 arraignment in superior court. His aggravated felonious sexual assault charge carries a sentence of 10 to 20 years incarceration and a $4,000 fine. His other felony charge carries 3½ to 7 years, also with a $4,000 fine.
