Fort Worth Star-Telegram - 6/19/2018

June 19--Caution: This report includes graphic details.

WEATHERFORD -- A man recently arrested and facing a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child was convicted in Tarrant County on similar charges about two decades ago, court records show.

Timothy Earl Freasier, 49, who lives in the 100 block of Hyde Away Lane in Weatherford, was arrested Friday, according to the Parker County Sheriff's Office.

The unidentified female victim is under the age of 14, according to a redacted version of Freasier's arrest warrant affidavit. The warrant was edited to remove any information that could be used to identify the victim.

Freasier "made her perform oral sex on him," according to the warrant, and during a forensic interview, the victim "reported vaginal and anal penetration."

The victim cried out about the abuse and it was reported to the sheriff's office on June 10, the warrant says. The abuse happened on or about June 4, and the victim's father took her to an area hospital, the warrant says.

The warrant for Freasier's arrest was issued Friday, the same day as his arrest. He's detained in the Parker County Jail on $50,000 bond, according to jail records.

Freasier was sentenced in 1998 to three years in prison for indecent fondling of a child below the age of 17, stemming from an incident in September 1997, but was granted community supervised probation in October 1999, court records show.
