BRIEF: Chickasha man arrested on child sexual abuse charges

July 25--A Chickasha man is being held on a $500,000 bond for child sexual abuse charges.

Laythin Eric Parrott allegedly molested three minor children and took inappropriate photos on an iPad, according to an incident report.

The photo was taken at an angle so that it appeared to be taken by Parrott, according to the report.

On July 19, Parrott was interviewed by the Chickasha Police Department. Parrott allegedly admitted to molesting the three children, the report said.

Parrott is facing six counts of lewd or indecent proposals to a child and manufacture of juvenile pornography.

He is currently being held in the Grady County Jail.
