NCN911: Sex offender registers, Police call log

A Level 3 sex offenders has registered his address in Moclips, according to the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Office.

Zacharay Kilbane Christensen, 34, registered an address in the 200 block of Otis Avenue in Moclips. While still a minor, Christensen was twice convicted by the Quinault Tribal Court, once for rape and again for rape and indecent liberties, in 1996 and 1999. In 2007, he was convicted in U.S. Federal Court of aggravataed sexual abuse for the forcible rape of an adult female.

Christensen is described as an American Indian with brown hair and brown eyes. He is considered at the highest risk to re-offend, but is not currently sought by police. The Sheriff's Office by state law is directed to release information about registered sex offenders when they register within the county to enhance public safety and awareness.
