Afm-Wm Anti-Fracture Membrane With Waterproofing Material

The AFM-WM Anti-Fracture Membrane with Waterproofing Material is a waterproof membrane designed to provide waterproofing for roll-in showers. This 40-mil sheet membrane utilizes peel-and-stick technology to provide crack suppression and waterproofing underneath thin set tile and stone flooring, including ceramic tile, marble, and stone. This membrane features a two-inch overlap guide on one side for waterproofing in showers, on kitchen floors and decks, and in other indoor and outdoor applications where waterproofing is required. The flood-coated overlap permits an adhesive-to-adhesive bond between multiple sheets of membrane and once the bond occurs, a single-ply monolithic membrane is created across the entire surface being waterproofed. The membrane also provides sound control and a radon barrier. OPTIONS: Waterproof detail tape, interior-grade primer, exterior-grade primer, and mastic for sealing seams and terminations. DIMENSIONS: Sold in rolls of 36 inches x 75 feet, 6 inches x 50 feet, or 12 inches x 50 feet.
