The Biconvex Master Series, model series 2320, is a collection of handheld magnifiers with a biconvex lens for individuals who have low vision. The magnifier is made with a Biconvex PXM lightweight lens with Duplex coating. The biconvex lens is the most commonly used in large field, low power magnifiers and is distinguished by its two spherical surfaces. Both radii add together thus forming the refractive power. The lenses are mounted in lightweight metal which is highly polished finished in either chrome or gold-plated. The handle is made of black plastic with a matte finish. The magnification ranges from 2x to 3x depending on the size of the lens. Some of the models come with a 5x bifocal lens. OPTIONS: Black leather cases are available for $11.00. DIMENSIONS: Round lenses come in diameters of 65, 80, or 100 mm. Rectangular lenses are 80x40 or 100x50 mm. WARRANTY: One year limited.
