The Push and See Giraffe, model 1435, is a switched operated toy designed for use by children with neurological, upper extremity, fine motor or severe physical disabilities. The giraffe is activated by three different actions - activating a connected capability switch (required but not included) initiates fun sounds and tunes; pushing down on the giraffe’s tail starts the spinning kaleidoscope patterns; or spinning the giraffe’s head results in a clacking sound. The toy has a sturdy base with suction cups to hold the giraffe in place. This toy is intended to be useful for teaching cause and effect, promoting eye-hand coordination ,and increasing fine motor skills. POWER: Uses one AA battery. DIMENSIONS (HxD): 9.75 x 9 inches.
