TopMark is a detectable warning surface designed to help individuals who are blind or have low vision recognize the boundary between vehicular and pedestrian areas. The surface features truncated domes that are detectable by cane or underfoot, thereby alerting pedestrians with visual impairments to stop and proceed with caution. Preformed thermoplastic sheets are surface-applied with sealer and bonder paste. The material is durable but flexible, allowing it to conform to irregular surfaces for use on curb ramps, blended transitions, mass transit rail platforms, and public loading areas. It can be cut to fit curves and angles. Once installed, it provides a long-lasting, detectable surface that is slip-resistant and wheelchair friendly. The preformed thermoplastic material can be cut for radius curves and applied on new and existing asphalt and concrete surfaces, including green concrete. Sheets come in a kit enough material and sealer for four typical 4 x 2 foot ramps or 32 square feet of total application area. The kit also includes paste dispensing guns and a lightweight roller. DIMENSIONS (DxW): 2 x 4, 1 x 2, 1 x 3, or 2 x 3 feet. COLOR: Yellow, white, black, blue, or brick red.
