Talking Tom and Talking Ben, models 9305 and 9306 respectively, are switch operated toys designed for use by children with communication or speech and upper extremity or severe physical disabilities. When the user presses Tom's or Ben's foot or activates a capability switch (not included), a red light on the animated plush toy will indicate when that the child should talk. Everything spoken by the child will be repeated by Tom or Ben who speaks in an altered voice intended to be funny while his mouth moves in a realistic fashion. The manufacturer states that this toy can be useful in encouraging speech. POWER: Requires 3 AA batteries. DIMENSIONS (HxW): 10.5 x 5 inches. COLOR: Model 9305, Ben, is beige.
