Outta Bed is a bed mobility aid designed for use by adults and older children with mobility, neurological, balance, or severe physical disabilities, or spinal cord injury, arthritis, weakness, or pain in home and other homecare settings. This device can be positioned for right- or left-side use and mounts primarily to the bed frame of a standard home flat bed as well as to the floor and wall for added stability. This device can be used to assist in transfers to and from bed and to and from a walker or wheelchair, assist with seated balance and balance on standing, or aid with turning while in bed. Features include a powder-coated steel base; steel post; a stable floor base; an aluminum column top that provides a secure point for the grab bar, which is also made of chrome-plated steel with non-toxic cushioned grip; multiple grab bar height settings, and static and swing-out grab bar settings.
