The OptiClock, model 8008, is a travel alarm clock designed for use by individuals with low vision. This clock comes with an illuminated 2x magnifier that slides over its analog-style face. The distortion-free lens has an automatic focus feature and doubles the size of the numbers. The lighted magnifier can be used separately for books, medicine bottles, or menus. The clock has an analog quartz movement; a four-step, 75-decibel crescendo alarm; and a snooze function. It folds for storage in a travel pouch. POWER: Uses one alkaline button cell (LR44) 1.5-volt battery for the clock and one five-year lithium button cell (CR2025) 3.0-volt battery for the light (included). DIMENSIONS (HxDxW): 1.75 x 1.25 x 2.5 inches when closed. The clock face is 1.75 inches in diameter. COLOR: Silver casing; white clock face with blue numerals; black hour, minute, and second hands; a blue alarm hand; and a black travel pouch.
