The Resistance Gym 400 is an arm exerciser designed for use by people with balance, lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This unit can be used sitting or standing or with a wheelchair. This product consists of a rectangular metallic frame with a horizontal crossbar just above center that mounts on a wall. Two resistance bands are attached to the vertical sides of the frame. The Resistance Gym 400 comes with two sets of three different resistance bands capable of seven levels of resistance. The bands can be attached at multiple points up and down the frame to adjust to the user’s needs. The user sits adjacent to the frame and pulls the bands. Different positions for the user and the resistance bands can be used to work each of the major muscle groups. DIMENSIONS (HxWxD): 72 x 36 x 1 inches (frame). WEIGHT: 20 pounds.
