Quick Cards are accessible flash cards that have a clear interface to minimize distractions for individuals with learning disabilties, or who are blind. They present simple navigation, clean visuals, and complete audio prompting for a distraction-free way of memorizing material. Features three modes of use: practice, test, and study. Practice mode allows for independent study and the ability to practice the same loop of material many times. Test mode featuress multiple choice answers for each card and at the end of each test statistics are shown and incorrect answers can be reviewed. The study mode takes only the missed cards from the most recent test, it has an audio recorder so the cards can be listened to on a digital recorder when the student is away from the computer. 

This program allows for the user to choose between a variety of font sizes, from small to large, a variety of color options for text and background, and clean and simple user interface.

  • Windows operating system.
  • An internet connection for initial installation and registration.
  • Optional: Quick Cards can use other SAPI TTS voices installed on the users computer. Additional voices can be purchased from various vendors online.
