PE Coach 2

PE Coach 2 is an iPhone and Android application designed to be used during therapy for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) with a health professional who is trained in Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy. The app will guide a user through the exercises assigned by a therapist and allows a user to track and record their progress. In addition, the app provides techniques such as controlled breathing. PE Coach can also help users remember and track upcoming therapy sessions. Users are able to audio record sessions directly onto a smartphone to be reviewed later as part of a treatment plan.
