Braille Books from the Louis Braille Center are braille books designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. Titles include biographies of Louis Braille, resources for learning braille, the writings of Helen Keller, books of wisdom and inspiration, poetry, books of quotations, and books for children and teens. Books for children and teens include fables, fairy tales, and legends; Christmas books; poetry, riddles, and jokes; fiction by A.A. Milne, Beatrix Potter, Laura Numeroff, Cynthia Rylant, Julie Andrews, C.S. Lewis, and David Patneaude; Star Wars books; historical fiction; biographies; sports books; and books about animals, insects, sea creatures, natural science, the human body, and sounds. Most titles are in Grade 2 braille, but some children's books are available in Grade 1 braille.
