It features a large plastic base in the shape of a drum, a large plastic drumstick, a five-block shape sorter on one side, and a plastic carrying handle The blocks which fit in the sorter help teach shapes and colors. Once the plastic circle, square, triangle, flower, and half moon have been sorted, each one makes a different sound when hit with the drumstick or pushed with fingers. The center section of the drum makes a different sound and then changes the sounds of all the shapes. There are eighteen different sounds in all. The reverse side of the drum can also be pounded upon with the drumstick to generate a totally new sound. The drumstick stores securely in the carrying handle. POWER: Uses 2 double-A batteries (included). COLOR: The base is purple. The body, carrying handle, and the center section of the drum are yellow. The shape sorter is aqua. The blocks are purple, lime green, hot pink, white, and dark blue. The drumstick is purple.
