Starting July 18th, 2018...A facilitator will meet with the group to discuss: life challenges, motivate each other, building relationships, anxiety/ coping skills, communications, dating, its really up to you! **This is a peer led group. The facilitator is only to ensure a safe, welcoming atmosphere and to keep the group on topic. A short video will be viewed or agreed topic will be discussed. Participants must be moderately self-sufficient and able to actively communicate.
