i have developmental and learning disabilities and i cant understand why any person with a disability cant make there life better or if they try they get told from a non-profit say sorry we cant help you cant get grants for a business or you are on a limited income and you are told you cant doing anything or you cant buy a lot of food or a non-profit says they well help you but then they lye and dont help so you are screwed so whats wrong here i know a few people with a disability that try so hard but no one cares or well help them succsed at all so you have to think why we have so much bad luck or cant get a head in this world 

I  am very moved by your comments. I have asked the same questions over and over, with no answers. The agencies, they all promise to help support people with disabilities to get jobs, and offer other supports. I have noticed that they use the limitations that are a part of your disability, as a barrier for you to not progress. This is happening in every state.They continue to take on new clients everyday with the same broken promises.. Please do not let this discourage you from rising to your full potential. I will be working hard to draw more attention to this particular issue which affects many, many people, including my family.
