Provides housing and safety net services to assist those in need who want to live healthy and productive lives. Services consist of: transitional and permanent supportive housing (including food, clothing, financial assistance, cell phones, and bicycles), case management (including money management/payee services, life skills classes, employment and job training), assessment, individual treatment, screening, co-occurring disorder, brief intervention, peer counseling, consultation, crisis, and early intervention.
