Man arrested in rape of 11-year-old Brooklyn girl

A man was arrested early Sunday for the rape of an 11-year-old girl in her Brooklyn home, cops said.

Andre Clarke, 45, allegedly raped the underage victim about 9 a.m. Saturday in her Brownsville home, according to police.

Cops released a photo of him a short time later and asked the public’s help tracking him down.

The victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition. Clarke knows the victim but their relationship was not revealed in order to protect the girl’s identity, sources said.

Clarke was charged with three counts each of rape, sexual abuse and acting in a manner injurious to a child. He was awaiting arraignment in Brooklyn Criminal Court Sunday.
