Bradenton man accused of possessing and transmitting files of child sexual abuse

Jan. 27—A Bradenton man was arrested on Wednesday on charges of possessing and transmitting files of child sexual abuse, also known as child pornography, the Bradenton Police Department said.

According to police, detectives working on a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children executed a search warrant in the 3600 block of Southern Parkway West.

Digital devices found at the home were analyzed and resident Lester Lechleitner, 35, was arrested on multiple felony charges. He remains in the Manatee County jail without bail.
