Pa. man faces over 600 charges in child sexual abuse cases: reports

A Pa. man is facing hundreds of charges after being accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a young girl for seven years, according to reports.

William John Stonebraker, 52, of Hollidaysburg, reportedly started sexually assaulting the young girl when she was six years at a Frankstown Township residence, WJAC reported.

The affidavit said the young girl told investigators he repeatedly sexually assaulted at least twice a week between the age of 8 and 11. He’s been accused of also strangling her on at least one occasion.

Stonebraker faces 634 counts in child sexual abuse cases. This includes 16 felony charges of corruption of minors; 312 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child; three misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure; and one count of strangulation, according to Altoona Mirror and WJAC.

He also faces one felony count of aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age and of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, both news outlets reported.

Stonebraker also has been accused of exposing himself to other teenagers ranging from ages 12 and 14, according to Altoona Mirror.
