The Solano County Behavioral Health Access Line is the primary point of access for Solano County residents seeking behavioral health services; including both mental health and substance use disorder services. A call agent conducts a phone screening which includes determining eligibility and level of care and making referrals for individuals who are impacted by mental health conditions, substance use, and/or co-occurring disorders. The County is responsible to serve individuals with Medi-cal, Medicare or those who are uninsured who have serious mental health or substance use disorders; referrals will be provided based on level of need.
