DOH: 3 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Cumberland County Tuesday

Jun. 22—The state Department of Health reported three new confirmed cases of COVID-19 for Cumberland County Tuesday.
Monday's report included 33 total test results, with a drop of one in total probable cases. Comparing just the number of negative tests (31) and confirmed positive tests (three), the county saw 8.8% of its tests come back positive.
The county's seven-day average of cases now sits at 7.57. The county's 14-day per capita rate sits at 35.52.
There were nine patients hospitalized with COVID-19 in the county in Tuesday's report, with one in an intensive care unit and four on ventilators.
In data updated Monday evening, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says 124,147 people have been fully vaccinated in Cumberland County, or 49% of the county's total population of 253,370. CDC data is current as of 6 a.m. on the day it is posted.
In the southcentral region for Tuesday, York County reported nine new cases, Adams County five new cases and Dauphin County four new cases.
The Health Department reported 177 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 for the state Tuesday, the lowest single-day total for the state since March 23, 2020.
